Supporting the Local Community at St Aidan’s

On Thursday mornings 10 am to 12 noon for most of the year, free classes for speakers of other languages are held at St Aidan’s Church.

We welcome all asylum seekers, refugees and immigrants from other countries.

We run classes for complete beginners and more advanced students (pre-entry and entry levels 1-3)

Certificates of Attendance are presented in July each year. There is a creche for parents with young children.

We go on educational and leisure trips.

We also run beginners’ computer classes together with Swarthmore Adult Education Centre.
